One way that most players give hints, to how they want the neighborly help applied to their city, and in what order to do it, is to change their city name, and use a three letter code. I am aware that most do not look at the city name, and some do not know what the three letter code stands for, if they see it. Below are four letters you may see in a city name and what they stand for:
C= culture, preferably the highest culture giving building
H or M= Main Hall, for the coins if they know they will not be able to use the 8 hour bonuses given for culture. You may see the letter H more than the letter M.
B= for builders help. This is so that they can decrease the time involved to upgrade, and want this applied also, because some will apply their visit to the Main Hall and leave the Builder untouched.
An example of what you may see is, C/H/B or C/M/B.
